    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the billing cycle.

    • Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm your cancellation via email. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further payments will be processed.
  • Non-Refundable Payments:

    • Our maximum liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the subscription fee paid for the month during which the issue occurred.
  • Content Approval:
    • You, as the client, are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
    • Once approved, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or issues arising from the published content.
  • Platform Issues:
    • We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or policy changes on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) that may affect the performance or delivery of your campaign.
  • Client Responsibilities:
    • The client must provide access to social media accounts, branding materials, and any other required information in a timely manner.
    • Failure to provide access or materials may impact our ability to deliver services.
  • Intellectual Property:
    • Any content, graphics, or strategies we create specifically for you remain your intellectual property upon payment in full.
    • Pre-existing assets (e.g., templates, tools, stock content) used in your projects remain our intellectual property and may not be reused without permission.
  • Ad Campaigns:
    • For packages including ad campaign setup, the subscription fee does not include ad spend, which is billed directly by the platform.
    • We are not responsible for the performance of ad campaigns as they are subject to platform algorithms and market conditions.
  • Force Majeure:
    • We are not liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.

    • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, sales) as they depend on various factors, including market conditions and platform changes.
